Britney Spears is looking for an opening act for her Femme Fatale album tour and you'll never guess who's a runner up - Joe Jonas! Reports came out today that Joe is at the top of the list for Brittney and her team. (Psst--Enrique Iglesias was originally announced as the opener, but he pulled out shortly after).
Joe is currently working on his solo album, which is due to be released this summer.

Teen pop star NICK JONAS could have slipped into a coma and died if his diabetes diagnosis was delayed by just two days.
Doctors discovered the Jonas Brothers star suffered from the metabolic disease in 2005 when he was just 13 years old and immediately put him on drugs to combat the illness' side effects.
And the star has now revealed that if medics had waited any longer to begin treatment, he could have fallen into a life-threatening coma.
He says, "When I was diagnosed, if we had waited two days, I could've been in a coma. A week later, and I could've died, so I'm very thankful that I've lived to see all of this."
Jonas admits diabetes is hard to live with, but insists his health issues have given him a better outlook on life.
He adds, "I'd be lying if I told you that there weren't days that I wasn't frustrated with being a diabetic. It's definitely not something you ask for. There are moments when I think life would be a lot easier without it. But, then again, it's part of my DNA at this point, and it's given me an outlook on life that I think is very rare."

Victorious' Ariana Grande tweeted this really cute picture of her and Nick Jonas last night. You might be asking yourself, what could these two cuties be up to? Music! The caption under the picture read, "Had a great time writing with @NickJonas and @GregGarbo."
We can't wait to hear what they were working on!

Demi Lovato has reached out to fans about how well she's doing since leaving a treatment center for "emotional and physical issues: and has even been tweeting with former BFF Selena Gomez! Now her good friend Joe is trying to reach out, too. Joe told Teen Revista, "I haven't seen Demi lately, but maybe I will. I hope to see her soon, because even if the media says we're mad with each other, that's not true. I can't say what is going to happen in the future. I made changes in my musical life -- with my solo music project different from the band -- but I am telling you that I will recover the friendship I had with her."

On Saturday, Nick Jonas was busy answering fans' questions via Twitter, and one response he gave was super big news! When asked about whether he was getting married, Nick spilled, "I'm single right now and in no rush to get married but if the right person comes along you never know." He's kept his relationship with Samantha Barks really quiet - so it's no surprise he chose such a low-key response! TWIST will keep you posted on whether he meant single as in unmarried, or single as in he's totally available!

Chelsea Kane may not be one of the more recognizeable stars on "Dancing with the Stars" this season among the general public, but she is bringing with her a pretty enromous fan base courtesy of the Disney Channel. Chelsea is best known for her appearance on the Jonas Brothers' now-canceled "JONAS LA," but (like Kyle Massey and many Disney stars before her) she is now ready to branch out to a new audience.
So how have Nick, Kevin, and Joe Jonas responded to Chelsea being on the show? Speaking to "Access Hollywood," she says that the brothers have all been more than supportive:
"I hope [they come to the show to support me], I hope so. They’ve all been in contact with me. They’ve been so sweet and so supportive and those are my boys, those are my brothers, so it means a lot that they are cheering me on.”
Kane also said that all of her Disney fans have been very supportive of her performance thus far, even if she has only been on the show one episode. Her partner Mark Ballas is also popular among a certain fan base, and is moving on from a controversial season alongside Bristol Palin.
Are you rooting for Chelsea this season?

Last night, Nick decided to hold a free acoustic concert in VA while he's in DC getting ready to perform at the White House. He tweeted to fans the list of songs he was planning to sing and wanted as many people to come out! One song on the list? Before the Storm, his duet that he wrote with Miley!! But that's not all, before he performed it, he told the crowd: "I recorded this song with someone I care a lot about."
Wow! So that means Nick really cares for Miley--so sweet!

Justin's Glee episode was rockin' last night but it looks like Nick J wants a turn too. He recently spilled that he'd be "honored" to get featured in an episode.
"I really do appreciate the use of music in Glee. I would humbly say that if there's ever an opportunity they see that I could work well on that show, I would be honored. Plus I think that cast is really talented -- it would be fun," Nick dished.

Nick Jonas' performance as Marius in "Les Miserables" is getting another chance to shine -- this time on PBS. According to a new report, the youngest child of the Jonas Brothers (at least the band) will air as a part of the play's 25th anniversary performance on March 6.
Nick performed at a series of shows as the character in London's West End over the course of the summer, which brought out everything from new fans of the hsow to even romance rumors involving a co-star.
As for the other two brothers, Kevin seems to be living a more quiet life with wife Danielle while Joe is working on his upcoming solo project -- which has drawn plenty of discussion but still no firm release date.
Do you think you will watch Nick's performance during this special?

We're stoked about Jasmine V's upcoming album, and she recently spilled the deets on it, and her collaboration with Nick Jonas! "A couple of weeks ago I was in the studio with him," Jasmine says about the youngest JoBRo. "We're writing a song together. He was by his piano and we started brainstorming. The song is basically about going through a relationship and knowing that it takes a man to love me, as I'm growing into a young lady." Jasmine also revealed that her album will be 10 to 11 songs, and should be out in a few months. "My fans will get the whole perspective on who I am," she says. "I want them to know that I go through heartbreak, crushes, falling in love. I'm a normal girl. It'll surprise them to hear a lot of slow songs, in which they can hear me sing." How exciting! Can't wait to check it out!

Happy New Year Everyone!
It is that time again for remembering 2010 and looking ahead to 2011. 2010 was a year filled with incredible memories and we wanted to thank YOU guys first for everything.
2009 had a grand finale with the marriage of Kevin and Danielle. It was a dream wedding and none of us or anyone that was there will ever forget how beautiful it was OR how amazing Kevin and Danielle are for each other.
We started the year 2010 with the release of Nick's side project, WHO I AM by Nick Jonas and the Administration, and a tour of North America.
"Being able to go on tour and release an album with the Administration was truly a dream come true. I learned so much from each member of the Admin, and it was so much fun being with all of you (the fans) at every show. Knowing that I had the support of my brothers made the whole journey even more special."
Nick was featured on the cover of Parade Magazine highlighting his musical journey, along with being honored as Entertainer of the Year at the Young Hollywood Awards.
The first half of the year for the Jonas Brothers was spent filming the second season of our Disney TV show, JONAS LA. This brought us to LA, along with Macy (Nicole) and Stella (Chelsea). We are so thankful to all of the people that worked to make this season a success. In the summer, we released the soundtrack for JONAS LA.
After filming JONAS LA, we couldn't wait to perform for our fans again and our performance at the Grove was unbelievable, performing past hits and the debut of LA Baby in front of a record breaking number of fans.
We also performed at Angel Stadium, Arthur Ashe Kids' Day, and made our second sold out appearance at the Houston Rodeo (over 72,000 people for the second year in a row).
Nick was able to go to London this year to perform in the West End production of Les Miserables. This was in anticipation of him being involved later in the year in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2. He was amazing in the production and received rave reviews and he ended up extending his run.
2010 was filled with numerous guest appearances for Joe on top hit shows such as American Idol, 90210, Hot in Cleveland (Joe had a blast with Betty White and the rest of the cast!) and Top Chef. Joe also decided to take a long awaited humanitarian trip to Africa. He visited schools, orphanages, and even joined Prince William in an event related to the conservation efforts in Africa.
"Going to Africa was the greatest trip of my life thus far.. I am looking forward to going back. While I was there, I met some of the most amazing families, kids and adults. They inspired me tremendously. Their happiness and joy was so strong. Even when they had so little, it seemed like they had a great deal of a much more important piece.. Love. I also got the chance to meet Price William. What a great person. Really cool to see what he is doing in Africa with his humanitarian groups."
He also got to see some of the World Cup in South Africa (another dream come true) during that trip.
Being able to do what we can for the community has always been close to our hearts. And along with Joe being a part of Special Olympics events and the iWin Fun Runs, we also took part in the Hope for Haiti telethon, (RED) campaign, and continued our work for Friends for Change, and of course, the Jonas Brothers Change for the Children Foundation. Taking part in these types of causes was such a blessing and more than enough for us, but we were so honored to have been recognized at the DoSomething Awards and by the TJ Martell Foundation.
Kevin was a guest on Minute to Win It and he won the most money in the show's history and donated it all to charity. He was AWESOME and had incredible ratings. He also had the opportunity to be on MTV's When I Was 17 and shared his memories of back when he was a teenager. Kevin and Danielle also took time to spend with each other during the break, sharing their newlywed life together with their fans through People Magazine, USA Today, etc.
In July, we started our North American tour in amphitheaters in the US and Canada. This is the best part of what we do...SEEING THE FANS AND WATCHING THEIR INSPIRATION AND LOVE.
We also had the great honor to perform at the White House to honor Paul McCartney for the George Gershwin Prize, an experience that will never be forgotten - performing a song written by the legend in front of the man himself. Earlier in the year, we took part in another historical event, the re-recording of We Are the World with Lionel Richie, Quincy Jones, and many top artists of today.
In September, Camp Rock 2 - The Final Jam came out. It was the #1 Cable Movie of 2010, which just won the People's Choice Award. We were also nominated for an Emmy for JONAS earlier in the year.
Nick went back to London during the break between the North and South American sections of the tour to perform in the 25th Anniversary of Les Miserables at London's O2 Arena. He performed alongside some of the world's most talented and well-known performers. Nick had performed on Broadway as a child in the original production of Les Miserable and it was truly a dream come true for him to play Marius.
Following Nick's Les Miserables performance, we left for Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Latin and South America, and performed and got to meet our fans in Abu Dhabi for the first time. Once again, the fans and concerts were amazing.
There are already some truly exciting things prepared for 2011. Some you know...SOME YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT!
None of this would have been possible without you.
Thank you for continuing to allow us to Live the Dream with all of you guys.
Love,
Jonas Brothers
Kevin, Joe, and Nick

Now that the Jonas Brothers have wrapped up the North American leg of the "Camp Rock 2" tour, middle brother Joe Jonas has announced plans to become a solo artist. According to E! News, Joe is hoping to release his debut solo album in early 2011.
"He is working with various writers and producers on music," says a rep for the group's label Hollywood Records, adding that Jonas is hoping to create "a more dangerous sound" with a "sexier, Justin Timberlake" feel.
Joe Jonas would be following in the footsteps of little brother Nick, who formed pop-rock side project Nick Jonas & the Administration last year.
The news arrives after the middle brother hinted at collaborating with Tom Hanks on a TV project last week. Despite Joe's solo debut and the various side projects, a band insider said that the Jonas Brothers are "absolutely not" breaking up
